In this blog I want to share u the breaking news about Suga BTS second mixtape release. 



On May 22, 2020, Suga BTS released their second mixtape album, D-2. Daechwita as an approved song. Daechwita is a term that represents the traditional Korean music genre in which percussion instruments are used to accompany the king's parade or other military ceremonies. Daechwita also discussed pansori, a Korean musical genre that usually accepts drummers and singers. Pansori began in the 19th century. Not only that, the sound of Kkwaenggwari's music was also present at Daechwita. Kkwaenggwari is a gong that is commonly used in traditional Korean music. In MV Daechwita it is also set in the kingdom. The album has 10 songs that contain collaboration results with musicians, such as Kim Jong-wan NELL, MAX, NiiHWA, and RM BTS. In the Daechwita music video, BTS Jin and Jungkook also came to be cameo. The D-2 album became a means to show his love for hip-hop. He said Agust D represented his opportunity to truly support a side not always seen in Suga. Suga BTS is famous for people who are quite cold and sarcastic in terms of being disliked.


Suga broke 4 world records with this D-2 Album. The first record, Suga is the first and only solo singer from South Korea who has four music videos with likes above 3 million on YouTube. The second record, "Daechwita" is a music video of a Korean solo singer who quickly reached 4 million likes on YouTube in only 11 hours and 12 minutes. The third record, Suga is the first Korean solo singer to have two number one hits in the iTunes world album rankings. The last record, Suga was also the first Korean solo singer to reach number one on iTunes in the world and ranked number one on the Apple Music Album. Some fans even called Suga "king" because he broke several world records at once.
