" My Health Routine During Quarantine"

I hope you all feeling good. Always maintain health for yourself and for those around you.
In this blog I will tell about my health routine during quarantine.
This year the world was shocked by the corona virus (Covid-19). The government of each country urges every citizen to stay indoors. Work at home, worship at home and study at home. All activities are carried out through online. All of that is to break the spread of the Corona virus. Residents are encouraged to continue to maintain health, maintain good stamina.
This is my routine:
1. Wash your hands regularly before or after eating, after handling something.
2. Taking vitamin-C so that the immune system is maintained.
3. Sunbathing in the morning.
4. Sleep for 6-8 hours a day.
5. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water or 2 liters per day.
6. Playing badminton.
7. Think positive and look for things to entertain yourself not to stress.
8. Wear a mask and jacket when leaving the house, then take a shower immediately after arriving.
So, those are some of the routines I do during quarantine. Keep your health, keep your distance and do not need to leave the house if it is not too important. Follow health directions from your place.
